Haven't been sitting on my "crafting" laurels for the last two months
Hey Yappin' Stampers:
As stated in my previous post, I had not been able to post for the last 2 months, but I have actually been doing a lot of paper crafting.
I will start by sharing what kept me busily distracted and happy during a cold, very rainy and drizzly day here in the great NW last weekend:
WASHI TAPE VASES
I wasn't really to sure about washi tape when it become popular, I was like , what is the attraction, but it is a go to for some added pizzazz for me now!!!
Here are the dets:
Stamp set: Vivid Vases (Occasions Catalog).
Inks: Black Stazon; SU Stampin' Write Markers: Pear Pizzazz,
Real Red, Daffodil Delight, Crisp Cantaloupe, Wisteria Wonder and Tangerine Tango.
Paper: Whisper White and Real Red,
Supplies/accessories: 2 1/2" circle punch, 3" Sizzix Circle originals die, Simply Scored Scoring Board/tool, Paper piercing tool and Deco labels Collection (cut down), basic rhinestone and real red brads.
Washi Tape: Season of Style, and Watercolor Wonder.
WASHI has won me over and now I look for other uses for it including holding my broken camera together, it looks more "stylish" than it did with blue painters tape!
What a fun way to use your washi tape! I have a lot of it, and lately like to cover paper and die cut images with it on it too.
